SOLVED:
First, I rebooted ( I think it's unrelated, but my computer was running wierd, so.. )

Then, instead of drag and droping from APERTURE 2 into Hugin, I simply dragged into a working folder,and draged from the folder to Hugin. The thing is rendered so far.

Possible culprit: Aperture 2 - workaround: use a temp directory instead of direct drag and drop
Unstable system - reboot
