I have printed a pdf (who contains the hplip homepage) and in the last version the problem is more visible in the header (see the ouput)

I have attached a zip file who contains:

syslog (no output generated on /var/log/messages)
hpcheck.log
hpliphomepage.pdf (is the document printed with okular, a KDE PDF reader)
HPLIPHOMEPAGE_Output.png (is the scan of the paper generated by the printer)
