After a year the problem is still present.

I would to try the latest version of HPLIP to perform a new test, but I am unable to understand what version should be downloaded.

I have an All In One Deskjet F4280

On the hplip website I see two version for my printer.

this http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/models/deskjet_aio/deskjet_f4200_series.html
and this http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/models/deskjet_aio/deskjet_f4213_series.html

both seems to support my printer, I'm confused.

I have seen that the executable is the same, but what of two version is loaded during the installation?
