Comment 6 for bug 873359

This bug is still out there in 3.16 hplip. 1 affected person us a gross under estimation. a neighbor bought a new HP printer and installed on Ubuntu 16.04. Every time the printer is off line or turned off plus not turned on when laptop is started, the printer get stuck in "stopped - unplugged or turned off" state. Could not find a menu choice to restart the printing but had to use command line.

This non nerd user hostile problem need a solution.
