Ok.

# /etc/init.d/cups stop
# rm /var/log/cups/*
# grep LogLevel /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
LogLevel debug
# /etc/init.d/cups start

Attached is the error.log and access.log in a tarball (error.log exeecd 100K!).
