(Check this with 'lpinfo -v'. Look for usb:// in the output).
Now do
lpinfo -m | grep "m1132_mfp.ppd"
to get the PPD (drv:///hpcups.....).
Then:
lpadmin -p test -v <URI> -E -m <PPD>
Print with
lp -d test /etc/nsswitch.conf
