Hi, same probleme here with 3.15.2

Maybe download the file hplip-3.15.2-plugin.run from https://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/ and run

sudo hp-plugin

then select this plugin file instead of downloading it.
