Upon reinstalling 3.14.10, this is the last lines output and the
screenshots of attempting to run hp-setup. I was not able to automatically
detect the network printer except with Avahi, then received those errors
when trying to print a test page. A laptop hooked up to the USB port will
print, so it is not the printer itself at this point:

Would you like to setup a printer now (y=yes*, n=no, q=quit) ? y
Please make sure your printer is connected and powered on at this time.
