Hi,

Can you please download 'hplip-3.14.10.run' file from http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/gethplip.html and install it by running command 'sh hplip-3.14.10.run' in terminal.

This will install latest hplip-3.14.10 version in your system.

You can delete the existing print queue for this printer either using 'hp-setup -r' (or) 'system-config-printer'

Now, run command 'hp-setup' in terminal to re-configure the print queue for this printer.

Let us know if this helps to solve the issue
