Where, we can see that it needs to be updated because it is still pointing to help.ubuntu.com/12.04

I have been searching in old doc-list e-mails, but didn't yet find anything relevant as to the reasons behind this stuff.

The problem is that nobody is still involved with docs that knows about this. Myself, I do not know how to update the google custom search thing.
