I was hoping to try out the software and I am having the same dependency issue on Linux Mint, additional info below:

Output of uname -a:

Linux whoabuddy-mint 3.5.0-17-generic #28-Ubuntu SMP Tue Oct 9 19:31:23 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Commands Run:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tombeckmann/ppa
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gwoffice

Error Message:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

 gwoffice : Depends: libgranite1 but it is not installable
