Same here. I'm running an Asrock Deskmini with i5-7500 and onboard Intel graphics. It has a HP Z27n 2560x1440 monitor attached via displayport. Everything was working as expected under 17.04 but after upgrading to 17.10 it has the symptoms noted by others above. If monitor sleeps or it is turned off and back on again then i'm logged out of the current session. Not expert enough to offer much more in the way of diagnostics but this is definitely a new behavior introduced by the 17.10 upgrade.
