1. Deploy cluster.
2. Restart vcenter.
vmrun -T ws-shared -h https://localhost:443/sdk -u vmware -p VMware01 reset "[standard] vcenter/vcenter.vmx"
3. After reconnect run OSTF.

Fails:
1. vCenter: Launch instance
2. vCenter: Check network connectivity from instance via floating IP
with error on step "Create an instance using the new security group."

BadRequest: The requested availability zone is not available (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-6c8a2a42-612c-496f-9cc6-545e907cda0c)
