You delete everything except for the ubuntu, mos and auxilliary lines. The mos and auxilliary lines should be updated by the fuel-createmirror so those are OK. You then update the ubuntu line to point to "deb http://<fuel-master-ip>:8080/ubuntu-part trusty main"
