fuel-createmirror ubuntu partial mirror url is undocumented

A customer ran into an issue when trying to create their own mirror for ubuntu. The fuel-createmirror script by default creates a partial ubuntu mirror when the -U option is specified. This gets put into a folder called /ubuntu-part/ but this is not mentioned in the documentation, https://docs.mirantis.com/fuel/fuel-master/operations.html#setting-up-local-mirrors. We need more explicit documentation on how to use the fuel-createmirror script and what needs to be updated for the repositories for an environment.

Just so it's documented somewhere...

You delete everything except for the ubuntu, mos and auxilliary lines. The mos and auxilliary lines should be updated by the fuel-createmirror so those are OK. You then update the ubuntu line to point to "deb http://<fuel-master-ip>:8080/ubuntu-part trusty main"

For example:
  ubuntu deb http://10.20.0.2:8080/ubuntu-part trusty main
  mos deb http://10.20.0.2:8080/2014.2.2-6.1/ubuntu/x86_64 mos6.1 main restricted
  auxilliary deb http://10.20.0.2:8080/2014.2.2-6.1/ubuntu/auxiliary auxiliary main restricted

Fuel-createmirror was deprecated and replaced by fuel-mirror in 8.0
