Andy,

The problem with RT has been going on for some time and is with the Radio
Times server. The best solution is to repeatedly try to download. It does
eventually work.

Please try deleting the file C:\Users\Uncle Daw\.freeguide\xmltv-
configs\uk_rt.conf, then going to Tools, Choose Channels and choosing
again.

After that hopefully the programmes will download ok. Please let us
know how it goes.
