I might encourage this bug to also include the case of application/<unknown>+xml
(or <anything>+xml?). Sometimes I'm hitting an XML MIME type that the browser
doesn't explicitly handle, and receive the same type of dialog as the
text/<unknown> case. In this situation, though, it's an XML document (as
evinced by the +xml suffix), and Mozilla can display XML, at least in tree form.
