Additional issues with Acq Brief record.

Records created via Acq Brief Record interface are created without an 008

unable to edit fields in the fixed field grid
choosing "Add/Replace 008" doesn't work (no 008 field is added)

As a workaround, to add the 008 field you must.
- Open the Flat Text Editor
- Add =008
- Uncheck "Flat Text Editor" so you are on the regular MARC edit interface
- Right Click on 008 -> Choose Add/Replace 008
- Save Record
- You can now edit the 008 in the fixed field grid.

Desired Fix - when creating a record via Acq Brief Record
At minimum, one field (e.g. title) and the 008 should be required.
