Bug Description

Most of the form labels on the print item label interface page are disconnected from their fields making the page practically unusable for screen readers.

Print Item Labels Settings tab with the WAVE plugin turned on. Almost every field has both a missing form label indicator and an orphaned form label indicator. Edit (176.8 KiB, image/png)
