SlimPAC still works, but ultimately all that it is are a couple search forms that invoke /opac/extras/opensearch.

As a data point, I checked access logs for the past few days across many of Equinox's hosted Evergreen sites. The only hits on SlimPAC URLs I found were a handful from a Mozilla crawler.

I don't have any objection to removing the SlimPAC forms, although it should be discussed/announced on the mailing lists.
