Bug Description
The "SlimPAC" was implemented in early versions of Evergreen to allow a JavaScript-free accessible interface, but it has not been maintained and is non-functional as far as I can tell. I propose we remove SlimPAC from the core code. Hoping others with knowledge of any remnants depending on SlimPAC code will chime in.

SlimPAC still works, but ultimately all that it is are a couple search forms that invoke /opac/extras/
As a data point, I checked access logs for the past few days across many of Equinox's hosted Evergreen sites. The only hits on SlimPAC URLs I found were a handful from a Mozilla crawler.
I don't have any objection to removing the SlimPAC forms, although it should be discussed/announced on the mailing lists.
