Comment 5 for bug 1991801

For what it's worth, this bug was more troublesome for us than whether or not links focused on a lineitem. So with the fix of bug 2003946 in 3.10.2+ and also locally changing the PO link in invoices to go to the PO instead of the focused line item, we've been using this since January and have had no complaints.

I'm happy to add a commit for the invoice link and fully close the circle if others don't care about it focusing on the LI. Otherwise I'll just say that I struck out and leave my existing branch as a starter in case it's helpful for others.
