LI ID link in Acq Search should go to item detail page

Currently the link on the column for line item ID on Search>Line Item goes to the PO, with that line item focused.

I think it should jump directly down into the item detail page instead of the PO. In the legacy search, because it was formatted the same as a line item, we could drop down immediately into the Copies area without having to open the PO first (which might take a bit to load).

This would also be a benefit if you're using Search as your method of receiving and you need to receive individual copies--it removes the step of needing to load in the PO. There's already the column for PO Name to jump to the PO.

Makes sense that the lineitem id should link to the lineitem, especially since the purchase order id already links to the po.

Pushed to main/master, rel_3_11, rel_3_10.

It did not merge cleanly to rel_3_9 so has not been applied there.
