Some field labels in angularized Acquisition interface are not shown translated

In the Angularized Acquisition search interface, some field labels are not displayed translated, like "any" and "all" and parts of labels for the lineitem attributes, see the attachments.

Tested in Evergreen 3.6 and in test server https://bugsquash2.mobiusconsortium.org/

It still seems to be an issue. I tested it on the https://bugsquash3.mobiusconsortium.org/ server, and it even seems now, that no part of the field is shown as translated.

I skimmed the page and didn't see anything else that wasn't localized except for a couple of visually-hidden icon labels, which I've also fixed, but please let me know if I missed anything.

Note that this is a *very* quick and dirty fix for the any/all dropdown, and we need to rethink our approach to form fields that appear in the middle of a localized phrase.

I have just checked how it currently looks like on Blake's bugsquash2 server (which, if I understand it correctly, should include Stephanie's patch from comment #5) and, unfortunately, it seems that not only that the any/all dropdown is still in English but so is the two-part sentence "Search for records matching" "of the following terms:", not to mention the lengthy dropdown with line items, purchase orders etc.:
