I'm seeing the same sort of things as Michele.

master with Concerto data, default settings, log level 4:

Cataloging -> Retrieve Bib Record by ID -> 1
Add Holdings (kept default call number, added barcode, save & exit)

Uncaught exceptions in the dev console:
