Elaine, do you know if it's common in PINES to limit searches to a specific shelving location while expecting to see these records? That seems to be the only time we hear of staff confusion and hiding empty records when searching at a copy location would be a smaller change than trying to add an option to enable / disable empty records in searches altogether.
