Comment 1 for bug 1671112

I've pushed http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=working/Evergreen.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/user/dbs/lp1671112_unicode_sample_users_addresses which adds two users with names and addresses that contain Unicode characters.

Running the live tests with these additions does not result in any failures, so this would give us something to build on.
