Sample users and addresses do not contain any Unicode (non-ASCII) characters

Bug Description

The current users and addresses loaded via --load-all-sample do not include any non-ASCII characters. To build a decent base for live tests that need to search and display users and addresses with Unicode characters, we should include some examples in the base set.

I've pushed;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/user/dbs/lp1671112_unicode_sample_users_addresses which adds two users with names and addresses that contain Unicode characters.

Running the live tests with these additions does not result in any failures, so this would give us something to build on.

Worked for me and did not break any live tests. Pushed to master for inclusion to enhance our test data set.

Thanks Dan!
