Jason, for the ItemsOut view, the circ lib is populated there, but it's labeled "Checkout / Renewal Library"
IIRC the grid there is using it that way.
As far as circ modifier column in Item Status, I couldn't find a bug report for that, but I suppose we could append that to this patch/bug, or create a new one if that something we want to do.
