Comment 3 for bug 1000397

Since we do not circulate serials, we have never barcoded individual loose issues. We may be new users to Evergreen, but this bug is a serious problem for us. We truly need the ability to check in issues as received without creating units, and we need to have the holdings summary update when the issues are received.
