Comment 7 for bug 1355754

After a more thorough check, the Displays preferences tool doens't only have it's name untranslated but also part of its UI: when running it, it translates the name of the dtected display but not the buttons ("detect displays" / "Apply") nor the display's options (Resolution and Rotation). I guess it might be an issue of the tool not being yet translated rather than a locale settings one?
