It's better but there are still a few applications names that are untranslated :
- Multitasking view
- Report a problem
- Displays (in prefs)
(In prefs, there are also a few apps that have the same name in english and french, so I can't tell if they are still untranslated but it might be the case in some languages: Applications, Notifications.)

Not sure if it's a language problem or desktop files issues.

Some dialog screns are not translated either ("Authentication is required to set the system locale", though the text below the untranslated title is in french).

Also, it seems that applying the settings globally breaks everything: I selected french in the locale settings, clicked on "apply to login screen, users..." and now, my system s in english! When logging, it asks if I want to update the standard folders to current language. Changing the language to english, then back to french and applying it again seems to fix it partially. I'll open a new bug report.
