I have experience this bug on four systems so far - all Ubuntu 6.10

Very unfriendly.

The problem is not just if you select a lot of packages.

The program displays a full list of all packages that it has installed, plus packages to be installed. So if you try to install things one at a time, you're still stuffed.

This should be considered of critical importance, as I can't recommend Easy Ubuntu to a non-tech user with this issue present. I have to talk them through it or do it myself.
