Comment 3 for bug 1190349

Would like to report the same issue here on my Dell XPS, Bios A09. I have intel rapid start enabled, but intel smart connect is disabled.

For me, this seems to happen after waking from sleep, or I notice the device is awake on its own when it should be in sleep (Guessing thats related to this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/dell-sputnik/+bug/1161962)

There is no specific way to replicate this, as I have gone months without an issue, to today where I had it happen TWICE so I took the bottom panel off to unplug the battery (which sucks).
