Comment 8 for bug 590418

If no one has an issue with it, I was going to put the copy from
(http://wiki.rhok.org/CrisisCorpsWelcomeInfo) on the web landing page
(http://crisiscorpsapp.appspot.com/), at least just for now. We can
always (and should probably) change it later, I just dont like the
"This is the default landing page for the back-end. We should have
some general information about Crisis Corps here."
