The problem occurs when trying to run 'glance-manage sync_db' with a PostgreSQL database.
This was reported to the Fedora BTS at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=969702 . At least Glance is impacted, while Keystone is not. I can confirm that rebuilding the current version of migrate in the cloud-archive repository (0.7.2-6~cloud0) with the patch attached to comment #7 on the thread linked above resolves the issue.
