I first got lots of

Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: “pixmap”

but fixed this with

sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-pixbuf

But I still get

ClassicMenu Indicator: Failed to open file ‘/usr/share/xdiagnose/media/icon.png’: No such file or directory

I am on Ubuntu 11.10.
