So it should be ingested after updating.
As to the cf-charmers one not showing up, I'm going to guess it's because it's not been marked promulgated by the eco team. We have a bug in the current charmstore that promulgated charms show up twice, once with and once without the user part of the url.
e.g.
cs:mysql
cs:~charmers/mysql
Because of this, we've currently filtered out the secondary results by matching on charms/bundles that are owned by ~.*-charmers, expecting the shorter url'd versions to stick around reducing our duplicates while the charmstore back end is updated to handle this properly with a deeper (and taking more time) fix.
If a charm or bundle is owned by a team matching that regex but is not in fact promulgated and available as just
cs:cloudfoundry
then you'd see the 'missing' search result you're describing.
