Except the part about the sso-support form in your first report, which
isn't mentioned elsewhere in your follow-up, so I'll assume it was
pasted in error.

If you want to log in to Ubuntu One, you should start *on* Ubuntu One (I
think this might be where your problems begin). Here's what I see when
I try this:

 1. Go to https://one.ubuntu.com/
 2. Click "Log in or Sign up"
 3. Enter my username+password in the Ubuntu SSO login form
 4. Press 'Enter'
 5. I arrive back at the Ubuntu One dashboard, logged in.

Please try this, starting at https://one.ubuntu.com/ and tell us what
happens.

This is a known issue, related to bug #579017

You're not logged in.

I'm sorry that you've experienced so much trouble logging in to Ubuntu
One; it's clearly caused you some confusion and frustration. However, I
get the impression that the main problem (other than being bitten by a
couple of existing bugs) are related to unclear wording in one of two of
our pages, specifically:

 * The list of "Sites you may still be logged into" on logout.
 * The login page on Ubuntu SSO. You somehow started the process of
logging in to Ubuntu One on the Ubuntu SSO service and, consequently,
never left. Did you come to login.ubuntu.com manually did you follow a
link from somewhere else, expecting to be logged in to Ubuntu One? We
may be able to improve the direction to consumer sites like Ubuntu One
from here but it's not a common problem that I'm aware of.
