Ubuntu SSO just shows the description sent by the peer requesting authorization (in this case, Ubuntu Pro). It's just an authorization to generate and share a bearer token with ubuntu Pro (similar to e.g. logging into a site with github, facebook, google).
This is not a bug in Ubuntu SSO, since we just display what the peer asks us to.
I can probably change the string that appears; my question to you is, what would you like it to say?
