Thank you for you reply David. I did not even expect a response, It meas much about the product. I am confused on what is happening. Just for you information. I had no problem with machine and another duplicate machine One machine is Intel based the other is AMD based. I had left Ubuntu when the the new 5 Linux Kernel was incorporated. I had moved to Mint 1903. It cured all things. Now I took my one machine wipe clean and put Mint 20 and the same issue arouse. I went back to Ubuntu just this week and I thought well maybe issues have been worked out. No such luck. The same issue with a PC based home built machine. I wonder if the fact, the new kernel dose not play well with the older 32 bit systems on file sharing regardless of what I use. The same issue when I tried connection to file with Gigolo. Thank You. My server in this plant is still Windows 2003 server OS.

Hello,
This project is only for issues with the Ubuntu One Single Sign-On
service, and the problem you describe does not seem to be directly with
the sign-on service. Further, the problem you describe is not a bug but
probably a support request, so here are some pointers for the correct
places to get help:
If you need help with general Ubuntu issues you have two main choices.

all the files but when I go to activate any file errors out saying can
not mount?
