Wireless. My KOBO desktop is version 2.1.3 How do I get a factory reset??
Right now I am plugged into my computer directly, no hub or extension cable

Your kobo need a factory reset. What version is it? Original, wifi, touch

Bug description:
  I have the wireless Kobo and have been using Calibre almost since I
  first got it. I have just updated to the latest version (0.8.9) just
  in case that helps. My operating system's Windows 7

  Lately, my Kobo hasn't been processing new content. I reset it and
  tried again. Now I'm getting an error message in Calibre and even the
  pre-loaded books aren't showing up in the device tab.

  I tried deleting and loading the images folder and KoboReader.sqlite
  as that corrected someone elses problem, that looked like it might be
  similar.

  Here's the remainder of the error message:
