Comment 0 for bug 1900890

Since "change icon" is already an option, rename program would also make sense in this dialog, double-clicking on the name, F2, or a button alongside the Change Icon one.

Currently it's possible to change it by tampering with the json files, though as bug #1900299 showed this has a risk of breaking things.
