Bug Description
Since "change icon" is already an option, rename program would also make sense in this dialog, double-clicking on the name, F2, or a button alongside the Change Icon one.
Currently it's possible to change it by tampering with the json files, though as bug #1900299 showed this has a risk of breaking things (not just corrupted data - but I've had a misplaced bracket wipe the whole file).
See the screenshot for an example of why someone would want to do this.

ADDENDUM: Being able to shift items up and down in the list would be nice too, if it's not too much problem.
