Comment 4 for bug 1796931

Well I thought I had it sorted. Now it is a problem again. Turned off antivirus, turned off firewall. Added exe to exception list. Problem returns intermittently. i do agree something is interfering with this exe, but i am at a loss to know what. The problem with calibre-parallel.exe is intermittent. Any other areas I can look in?
