Is the device being recognised by Windows properly? Has Windows given it a drive letter? I don't think so. There is no Kobo device listed in the list following "USB devices on system". There is a Kobo device after "List of WPD PNP ids", but, it isn't being seen properly. The equivalent line for my Aura H2O is:

Can you check how Windows is seeing the device. And I would recommend restarting the device and Windows.
