in last, U're right i had about 5 or 7 process for calibre working, after reboot it was better but very long

i had made some test and founded this :

on original folder i had subfolder per author then books ( by exemple 10 epub)
in the calibre folder (after import) i founded also subfolder per author then sub-sub folder per book (normal)
but in EACH of the 10 subfolder per book , i had founded my epub (normal also) but also a ZIP file containing the 10 book+cover. ( big zip file:) )

this is really space and time consuming !
i have now to delee all zip in all subfolder ... take also time :)
