Bug Description

hi

I had installed the new version of calibre 2.76.0 on windows 10

Now, when i want to add book in calibre with option of subfolder (2nd option of add books)
after choosing the main folder, Calibre open a popup for "read metadata and add ..."

on this popup, the percentage stay on 0% undefinitly (even for a folder with 2 books inside)

the first option is working correctly (add from single folder)
but not the 2nd and 3rd one.
i hav

Coud you help ?

thanks in advance

Works for me, try a reboot of your computer. And if the problem persists
run calibre in debug mode and post the log after trying to add (Right click preferences
button and choose restart in debug mode)

 status incomplete

Changed in calibre:
status: New → Incomplete

hello
in first happy new year for you!
in second thanks for quick answer!
in last, U're right i had about 5 or 7 process for calibre working, after reboot it was better but very long

i had made some test and founded this :

on original folder i had subfolder per author then books ( by exemple 10 epub)
in the calibre folder (after import) i founded also subfolder per author then sub-sub folder per book (normal)
but in EACH of the 10 subfolder per book , i had founded my epub (normal also) but also a ZIP file containing the 10 book+cover. ( big zip file:) )

this is really space and time consuming !
i have now to delee all zip in all subfolder ... take also time :)

hope this will help you to improve your very good tool
