Comment 4 for bug 1250475

May be calibre should update it's implementation of azw3 output plugin or incorporate kindglegen,
I tried with kindlegen v2.9 and it converted successfully to azw3 format a large mysql reference manual with huge TOC, that calibre v1.18 failed to do.
