epub conversion error to azw3 - multiple index

I can't convert epub to azw3 for:

'ValueError: Index has too many entries, calibre does not support generating multiple index records at this time.'

calibre does not support converting to azw3 if the table of contents in
the input document has a very large number of entries. You will have to
sue kindlegen to do your conversion for this book.

May be calibre should update it's implementation of azw3 output plugin or incorporate kindglegen,
I tried with kindlegen v2.9 and it converted successfully to azw3 format a large mysql reference manual with huge TOC, that calibre v1.18 failed to do.

one other thing to note, according to Kovid Goyal (kovid) error is due to large table of contents, but when in "conversion options -> AZW Ouput -> Do not add table of contents to the book" is checked calibre produces the same error, shouldn't it disappear?

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
